New sustainable raw material obtained from the recycling of Brick

To intercept the growing market demand for products with a reduced environmental impact, Capsol has introduced the use of Bio-based raw materials and recycled raw materials. The latest innovation that has been successfully tested is the raw material derived from the recycling of Brick.

Using highly engineered techniques, our partner has developed a production system that allows the use of polylaminate waste (PO-AL, i.e. composed of a plastic film and an aluminum film) to create a new material.

This, despite coming from post-consumer recycling, enjoys the most important properties of a first choice product: uniformity and constancy of supply. In addition, it is a colorable material, unlike other mixed post-consumer plastics, a further advantage in the use of the product.
